When you purchase an item in a game which was downloaded and installed from Amazon Appstore you can find your purchase receipt in two ways:

 


Please provide the details from both!



Email inbox


Please copy the Order number into your message and also take a screenshot from the receipt where the transaction details are visible! Please make sure that the date of the purchase and the time and date when the email arrived are all visible! (marked on the example picture)



 





Online Amazon profile



  • After you logged in to your Amazon profile open the 'Account & Lists' menu and choose the 'Orders' option from the drop-down menu.





  • Choose the 'Digital Orders' tab where you can list all of your previous purchases





  • Choose from the list or search for the purchase in question (using the order number) to view more details about it.
