If you're experiencing difficulties during item purchases please consider checking the following steps in order to resolve the issue.

 



Please check your connectivity

- If you've experienced this issue on on wi-fi please try to switch over to mobile data just for the purchase part to see if it works. If yes don't switch back until your receive the item. 
Please also try to switch over to a different wi-fi network if you have the opportunity.


- If you've experienced this issue on mobile data please try to switch to wi-fi for the purchase part to see if it works. If yes don't switch back until your receive the item. 




Force stop, then reopen the game
Please try closing and restarting the app or game you’re using.


- On your device, open the main Settings app.
- Tap Apps or Manage applications (depending on your device, this may be different).
- Tap the app you used to make your in-app purchase.
- Tap Force stop.
- Re-open the app you used to make your in-app purchase.




Update the App store where the game was downloaded from

 To do so, please open the App store and check if there is any update for the store itself.
 

Make sure the date and time are correct
If you have recently changed the date and time on your device (or your device is new) make sure the date and time are correct:

- On your phone or tablet, open your device's Settings app.
- Tap Date & time.
- Look for "Automatic date & time" and "Automatic time zone" and check if they’re switched on or off. Then follow the relevant steps below.

If "Automatic date & time" and "Automatic time zone" are turned off
- Turn on both the date & time and time zone settings.
- Wait a few minutes, and check to see if your problem is fixed.
If it’s not, try restarting your device and check again. If "Automatic date & time" and "Automatic time zone" are switched on
- If both of these settings are on, the date and time probably isn’t your issue. Check your connectivity and restart your device, or try the other troubleshooting steps if you haven't done it already.

 

If you have a new account / new device - play the game a couple of times before try to make a purchase.
 

Re-install the game again from the store. 
Please wait for the game to download all of the necessary assets before you try to initiate a purchase.
 

If you have an old account please contact the game developers and make sure your account isn't banned or restricted for some reason.
