When you purchase an item in a game which was downloaded and installed from Xiaomi GetApps / MiPicks / AppMall you can find your purchase receipt following these steps:
- Open the GetApps (MiPicks/AppMall) app store
- Navigate to the 'Me' menu and tap on your profile name
- From there choose the 'Purchase history' menu
- In this menu you can also find your 'Xiaomi account ID number'
- In the Purchase History menu you will find a list of your previous purchases. - Choose the purchase in question to view more details about it
Please copy the 'Order ID' into your message and also take a screenshot from the receipt where the transaction details are visible! Important! Please don't just screenshot this screen since the 'Order ID' is only partially visible but you should use the 'copy' function so with that copy the whole 'Order ID' (copying it includes the not visible parts as well)
