For looking into any issue on our side we'll request a unique 'device' user ID to identify your device in our systems.
This is different for every device and it is NOT the same as an in-game profile ID number or name.
Please make sure to provide the 'device' user ID from the device which was used during the purchase - or - when the issue occurred.
1 - If you can see some white backgrounds with grey accents please follow the below steps:
- You will briefly see a loading screen for 2 seconds (with the exact same style as below).
- During this 2 seconds quickly select and open the menu option from the left side. It looks like three lines on the top of each other.
- Select Information.
- There is your 32 character long device User ID. Next to the user ID there is a button which can easily copy this user ID to your device's clipboard if needed and it can be pasted into your message.
2 - If you can see a black or see through screen like the one below please follow these steps:

- During this 2 seconds you can grab and pull up this loading bar from the bottom.

- В течение этих 2 секунд быстро выберите и откройте пункт меню с левой стороны. Он выглядит как три строки друг над другом.
- Выберите Информация.
