Before raising the issue and creating the ticket, please try out the following solutions first.


Don't make a new purchase until you try the below steps!


  • Turn off any "Performance mode", "Game boosting"  or "Game turbo" function on your device. 

  • Restart the game 
    Close the game entirely (from the background process as well) and open it again.

  • Play a match/round in the game.

  • Please also consider restarting your device.



Sometimes orders will be delivered to your profile with a little delay.

These might fix your issue with not provided items and purchases. 




If you are using a "game turbo" function on your device (e.g. on Xiaomi devices) please turn this function of before you make any purchase. 

This function is clearing running processes from the background to free up device memory for games. Unfortunately it's possible that this feature will clear payment related processes, which can prevent you to finalize a purchase.
